TERMINAL 1 - domestic flights and Schengen Alitalia - code- sharing with Air France ,

KLM and Air France ( Sky Team alliance ) - and companies Luxair and Air Italy

Terminals T1 & T2 are joined and share only Arrivals level

For passengers in transit in the Schengen area (to and from Terminals 1 and 3) there are no security checks.

 

Getting to Rome

Rome has two major airports: Fiumicino and CiampinoRome Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport
Rome's main airport is well-connected to the center during the day by a direct train and slower trains. The direct train between Fiumicino and Termini costs € 11,00 and takes approximately 50 minutes. It leaves from and arrives at track 26 at Termini (the main train station).

Rome Ciampino Airport
A smaller airport dealing mainly with charter flights and budget airlines. It is connected to Line A metro station Anagnina (about 35 mins by metro from Termini) by Cotral buses; ticket costs € 1. Buses leave every half hour.
